D4 HGV / LGV Driver Medicals

Our doctors carry out full D4 medical examinations in line with DVLA standards, ensuring you receive a clear, timely and compliant assessment for your licence application or renewal.
 

ML5 Seafarer Medicals

We offer ML5 Seafarer Medicals for those working or intending to work at sea.
Where appropriate, an ML5 Certificate may be issued on the day.
 

Important Information Before Your Appointment

Our doctors do not have access to your NHS medical records, so it is essential that you complete the pre-appointment questionnaire in full and sign the form before attending.
This allows your appointment to run smoothly and ensures we have the necessary information to assess your fitness safely.

Failure to complete the questionnaire may mean we need to reschedule your appointment, as there may not be enough time to review your medical history during your booked slot.
